Events: CDM sites by another name

There's still plenty of resistence in the events world to being linked to construction, even with large structures being built in stadiums. CDM doesn't have to be seen as the enemy rather a way to improve safety. Planning the design with safety in mind has to be the way forward for a people focussed industry.
